Hotel New Orly Munich

During my Christmas stay, there were several positive aspects about the hotel. the rooms were nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby and a tramway just a short walk away. It was convenient to explore the city center from there. Furthermore, the helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable, providing assistance whenever needed.

On the downside, there were a few negative aspects. the hotel's information booklet was only available in German, which was quite inconvenient for non-German speaking guests.

Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room with a practical desk and relaxing sofas. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location near train and metro stations, as well as the old town and shops.

The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of food and a fresh squeezed orange juice machine. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local transport and supermarkets. It was not very far from the city center, making it convenient to explore this city. Furthermore, parking was a breeze and I had no trouble finding a spot nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and explaining the details about the city's high-tech underground public transport system. We were able to enjoy a good breakfast with a variety of fresh options and no problems with quantities, and the Wi-Fi was great.

There were no negative aspects of this place that we experienced. We would recommend it to all as it was worth the money for the quality service and amenities.

Amazing steak house next door with friendly staff and great service. The broken shower in our room was quickly fixed by the helpful hotel staff. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of four. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

However, there were some cons, such as the disappointing housekeeping and the small, lockless and see-through door in the toilet. I would consider staying at Hotel New Orly again, but with some improvements in certain areas.

The parking situation at the hotel was challenging, with limited spaces available and the need to rely on a "special" person to park and unpark the car, who also made inappropriate jokes based on guessed nationalities.
